It involves streaming video and audio. Does streaming live cams or live feeds also get wrapped into this?

Acacia's patent claims do not cover live video feeds or streams.

nope...they do not claim LIVE as part of their patent, as far as I know

Acadia is a very nice region of New Brunswick.... Dont think they have phony media patents though...

The patent itself doesn't cover live streams, but don't tell Berman that. On D$'s show he was "unsure" whether live stuff was covered or not but said that it probably was. :rolleyes:
