I wouldn't classify myself as a fan, but I do read all the threads and try to follow the teams throughout the year and HAVE been known to go to games and watch them on TV.

I went to Pitt (class of 93) so I had to become a Steelers fan. I was very upset
when the steelers lost in the superbowl to dallas in 1995, plus the year before
I was at the game they lost to San Diego in the AFC championship on the final
freakin play, what a letdown.

I left Pittsburgh in 1996 but remained a steelers and U of Pitt fan. I also like the Eagles
since I grew up in south-eastern PA.

This is the year we may finally see an all-PA superbowl!

Rolo - they say the average tackle in the NFL carries the same torque as a car hitting a brick wall doing 35 mph. Not sure about you but there's only so many of those hits from a 375 pound guy the body can stand without some help.

Well, I obviously am. I'm not so sure why my mom thinks she is .5 a fan. She wanted to reorganize the college conferences so that teams wouldn't have to play other teams outside of their conference.

I like football. High School football, college football (Go Mizzu!), pro football ... I've been known to stop and watch Pop Warner if I happen to see a game going on. When I was stationed in Maine a buddy of mine had a son playing for a school so small that they played 8-man football, and I went and watched that too.
