Then when he resurfaces HE CHARGES THE OWNERS OF THOSE SERVERS HOSTING FEES FOR THE MONTH HE WAS IN HIDING WHILE THE SERVERS WERE ALL OFFLINE!!!

No pay, no retrieval of equipment....
