Oscer is an interesting charecter. Last time I was in Baltimore I had dinner with Vick then went to a Halloween party with Oscer. Not a night I will soon forget. The next time I see Oscer is in Vegas and we talked his girl into getting naked for us at the gfy party. Never a dull moment when Oscer is around. :)
