Apparently Atlanta is a complete zoo this weekend. I was in Marietta for the past couple of days and that was bad enough. They closed 4 of some the busiest malls in DT Atlanta and Buckhead last night. Chaos. :blink:

IT looks to me like the people in Atlanta, and the local politians should chill out.... PLayer's Balls are like Halloween parties... nothing more....

First of all, it is TRADEMARK, not COPYRIGHT.

Secondly, The Players Ball has been around for years and years. HBO even aired a special about it. If anyone has the TRADEMARK problem it is D$, not the other way around.

Atlanta is plenty large enough. It handled the Olympics, a couple of super bowls, and an endless number of large conventions such as the Super Show.

However, everytime there's an event in town that draws a crowd that likes to "cruise", it just chokes the city to death because Peachtree and the other surface streets just cant handle it.

That's the problem here, you had tons of people in town who just want to be here even though they have no tickets to the events, hoping to see celebs and such. And they wanna either cruise or congregate at the malls near town.
