lol - Opti I missed that meeting, had too much business to do on the expo floor and in dinner meetings, etc. I hear there are more planned for the summer show so WATCH OUT guys! lol

Actually - for those who went to the show - you will notice that a lot of the "leading ladies" on the web are really slimming down. I guess the old webmaster diet of Mountain Dew & Cheetos has gone by the way-side.

Heather is a new woman - hopefully there are some pics, she looks incredible!
Susanne is AMAZING - not only has she lost a lot of weight but she's just glowing!
I'm about 1/2 way there (I lost 50 pounds last year) - and should be to my goals by the summer show...

Plus - a lot of other women in the industry (and guys too - let's be fair here) have been really taking better care of themselves and are looking good! It's really nice to see everyone looking a lot more healthy!

I highly recommend getting the convention crud, though..I came home needing to alter my clothes again. Good thing I have an excellent and cheap seamstress. I'm still wearing my size 28 clothes..they've been recut and I should be able to keep them all the way to size 10 or so. Saved me thousands of dollars on new clothes.

Summer's gonna be tough though, none of that stuff's really salvageable...I guess Serge will need to send me his Nordie's card :P

KK lost the most....she ditched almost 200 pounds recently. :awinky:
