I'm looking for recommendations/referrals for NON DIALER billing mechanisms for european and/or asian surfers.. preferrably recurring.

I've dealt with 2000charge but when they sent us a $500 "setup invoice" for giving us linking codes i have little faith that they wont screw us elsewhere.. plus they really only cover germany and korea.

I checked out that site and laughed my ass off. They claim they offer a direct debit solution for the Netherlands as well, but it would be a miracle to get a sale through that system.

The translation into Dutch (actually half of what I read was German!) is terrible, and in order to pay you need to know your bank's SWIFT code. If 1% of the people know that code, I would be surprised.

Maybe their German system works well, but you can safely forget direct debit from the Netherlands. (For anyone who thinks they will unlock the Dutch market with that service ;-)

Verotel.com is a European processor, however I have no good or bad experiences with them and therefor cannot recommend them.

Hooper you made statement over a week ago and i've been too busy to ask you about it. You mentioned something about people in the US being fined for using overseas processors or banks. Can you please elaborate on this?

actually what i said was simply a quote of the new ipsp regulations.. just that if you are a usa based company the acquiring bank for whatever visa merchant account processes your transactions (be epoch, ccbill, ibill whatever) has to be based out of the usa.

my understanding of the rules is that if you violate those rules you are subject to a max $25,000 per instance fine and/or removal of your sponsored merchant status.

this has nothing to do with international banking or any other credit card companies.. just visa and ipsp's.
