Trying to talk Forest into the PhotoGregg diet plan. Eat all you want, lots of calories, tons of junk food, drink lots of beer, and still have a great body. At 48 years old, I'm still in great shape.

Forest, all you need to do is an hour scene on camera at our studio, fucking like crazy twice a week with hot models...burns tons of calories, works the cardio's, tightens most major muscle groups and it's much more fun than any other exercise.

Bell...I'm in so tons of video's...mostly the "stunt cum boy", when the guy can't pop.

Have my share of wild scenes though: check out my content store for vid samples. The newest update at the top of the list was a recent example of PhotoGregg "hard" at work.
