I have known Jason and Alex for Four years and they have always come through on their promises to deliver traffic. Six weeks ago we entered in to an arrangement for prepaid traffic. When the agreed upon number of joins was not sent to the site. I made a call and talked to Alex. He promptly refunded the money that was advanced.

They refunded the money as a professional courtesy. Frankly it was not part of the deal and we did not ask for the money back. We would have much rather had the "joins" and continued a mutually profitable relationship!
