i wish i could meet everyone. believe it or not, i am afraid of crowds and people. i was in vegas last for the last show, but i just had dinner with a few friends and some meetings away from the show. hopefully, i will get over it some day. i was in Amsterdam last time and it was the same situation. i just feel uncomfortable around a lot of people unless i am intoxicated... then i am tooooo comfortable, although i am told... i am also quite amusing. unfortuneately however, i dont like to drink.

there are a lot of people here that are extremely bright with a tremendous amount of talent, wisdom and experience and i wish i could spend time with everyone to learn as much about every aspect of this business as possible.

I have ate some bangers and mash , and some shepeards pie at a good place in Vegas called " the madd dogg pub" it was real good too

but besides those three items I do not know of any other British food.

but I must say that whole blood thingy scared me !!!! I aint eatin that for a million bucks!!!!

Haha British food is pretty much the same as what you can find in the US except its called different names and tastes better because it doesnt have half the added preservatives and chemicals in it... Milk for example... IS actually pure milk and not some flavored, filtered through carbon with added preservatives crap LOL

:huh: I once worked from pig raisin' to slaughter house on one of the largest pig faming opperations in the UK at the time (1985'ish) and the only thing's we threw away were the nasty things like colons, intestines and that kind of crap... UNTILL the American owners decided we needed to improve our output :huh:

Joe, I saw this TV cooking show recently where they went to a scottish farm and this old woman made traditional black and white puddings ... I have a very open mind with food and will try anything, but when she started pouring GALLONS of blood into a giant bowl for the black pudding, I (and the chef she was teaching) had to hold back the puke!!!!!

I'm not just talking a little blood to color the mixture ... imagine how you would add milk to pancakes if you were cooking a batch for 100 ..... it just kept pouring and pouring.
