This is typical Mitnick. When the truth comes out in court, Mitnick will be looking for a new career. He started the harassment, and I will be whipping his ass in court. Mitnick is using the internet radio show, Lee, where you and I spoke to Darren Austin. He is using threads from your site, Oprano, and some x-rated ham radio Dream Books. Nobody takes any of this shit seriously. Mitnick is social engineering his way straight to hell.

He is subpoenaing everyone. Ask Mitnick or his gofer spokesperson who they have subpoenaed. Wait until they see my list. The FBI will be there to back up my reason for filing a harassment report with the FCC against Mitnick.

Lee, you don't have to appear, do you? Isn't it the leenoga.com board records they want?

Funny, Jackie. We called the court today when they closed, and checked to see if proof of service had been delivered. Guess what? We also checked to see if anyone had pulled the file and requested a copy from the small claims clerk. NO ONE HAD!!! You are still a liar!!

Darci - did they state they served it to her at her apartment? I know when I served someone in GA for small claims, they actually had to describe her on the paperwork.

Hi all. We made the first part of the trip, and leave for Portugal in the morning.

Forest, I wouldn't want to waste your money. There will be no circus, she won't show. She's terrified of anyone seeing her, because she is the fraud we said she was.

Peaches, process servers don't have to be that detailed in California.

You guys see that she has posted the causes of action on LeeNoga.com. The only people who have that document are the court, us and the served defendant. We checked with the courts. You have to show ID and sign for a copy of the complaint. No one has done this as of close of business to day. She is lying when she said that someone went down to the courtroom and got a copy of the complaint, and then faxed it to her.
