I have html on my puter but as it seems my site was built very complexed so it is hard to follow..

I am in process of hiring a webbie in South Africa but when all is done I still need traffic, which I don't have..................yet....

there's a few more steps to come before traffic ;-)

finding someone trustworthy to help with the 'html' is the most important thing you should be focusing on for now. ask around your friends and family and see if you can find someone who will spend some time with you explaining how your site works. no point having traffic if your site either a) doesn't work or B) can't cope with the traffic
