i would think that would be the parents job anyway....while I try and put protections in place so minors don't access my content, I feel it is ultimately up to the parent to do their job

In an ideal world yes. I admit that the laws scare me at times. It’s like the whole credit card thing to verify age. Meanwhile the community sites can do what they want (yahoo, etc.). It all seems way out of control & something is bound to happen. I’ve seen this pattern before.



I still think that they should create categories and levels of adult. Then police the tags at the ISP level. Allow it to be an individuals choice and not a states or area.

Difficult to say.. Really doesn't matter because in the end it will be heavy on the surfer side regardless.

it bothered us at first, but a lot of the shots they used were from places they could buy content for print....so there really wasn't much we could do about it
