If someone was tapping into my phone line, hacking my computer harassing me filing TRO's on my ass for no justifiable reason, you can bet your ass I would be in court

KM in this particular instant is a convicted felon. A judge will already be predisposed to think of him as someone who lives outside the rules of society. Throw in that part of this is phone hacking/computer hacking (remember your history folks, the very first elite hackers learned their trade on telephones..........god bless the WAZ) and a judge is going to take a serious look at it. After all, nailing a repeat hacker is worthy of a headline or two AND a federal appointment heh heh.
I have no idea if anything confucy says is true or not..........this all could have happened the way she lays it out, or it could all be 100% bullshit. Doesn't matter.
When I was in the service they had a rule that shocked me.

Quite simply, your ass could get burned if it looked like you were engaged in an inappropriate activity.

If a civil suit is filed and you don't show up for court - you lose. Automatically. Some juridisdictions may allow one no-show, but I don't know of any.

If someone has tapped your phone they have violated laws that concern an entire alphabet suit of state and (possibly) federal agencies - and criminial charges will be brought by those agencies and the phone company long before you could ever get that into a civil court. Of course, those agencies would also advise you not to say anything about it, particularly to those suspected of doing it.

With a PRO, if she came on to the chatboard accusing Kevin of hacking her phone/computer and commenting on what he said on the show, she gets an all expenses paid vacation to exactly where she has condemned Kevin for being. If anything, I'm betting the parties involved wanted her to listen. B)

In addition, the phone and computer hacking accusations don't make sense. Everything Kevin and Darci have said regarding how they had their process server deliver her groceries DOES make sense. There was no reason to hack ANYTHING. :unsure: But I'm sure the FBI will clarify that since Confucy has already reported it. :rolleyes:
