Yup, exactly right.

But there seems to be a knee jerk reaction, at least from some parents, that anything that remotely reminds them of a child shouldn't be anywhere near porn.

To me there's a huge difference between being playful like a child and trying to pass someone off as a child to give the pedo's something to spank their meat to.

There are plenty of sites out there that do exactly that though, really go after the 18 year olds that could pass for 15-16 and do the whole pig tails and lollipop theme. I should check the Oprano sponsor list before I name names though....heh.

i am not going to look it up.... but i am 99.9% sure that intentionally making a model look under age and depicting her in graphic sexual shots is illegal. i remember reading up on the laws about this and remember the comments of someone once on netpond, claiming to be a police officer many years ago that completely broke it down (i believe it was right after one of the big busts in vancouver - with the underage girl on cam).

Yeah, that's my recollection as well. And whether it's legal or not, you're going after pedo's if you're intentionally trying to make the audience THINK she's under 18.

I have no idea what all the ins and outs are, maybe as long as you state all models are over 18 you're free and clear. I dont know, that's not a park I play in regardless of what Peaches thinks.

But there are some sites that clearly push the edge of that envelope. I checked the sponsor list, so I'll name a couple of names that aren't on the protected list....hehe. most sites, and I can only imagine that Hell Puppy would be very responsible when it comes to this, are not going to try and insinuate that a girl is underage. The girl may be young, shit 25 is young to me, but that doesn't make it illegal or immoral.
