After the GG&J show 2 people who had spoken to him said this was the same voice.

:)

I listened to the show. It is very possible it's Goldman. It sounded rather like him. That said, it had, by the time of the radio show, been about two years since I'd had one or two very very brief phone convos with the guy. I can't say it was him, but I can't rule it out either.

The voices are similiar, that is for sure.

When I talked to him on the phone I thought it could have been Nick :)

Nick wouldnt have told you hang on and let me grab a beer mate.... he would have rung a bell and his butler would have brought him a beverage.

Goldman / Trafalgar Marketing have offices in central london (alledgedly) although, the address he gave me several years ago was actually a PO box in, strangely enough, Trafalgar Square.

I beleive they also have a Canadian mailing address which is where i actually DID get paid from for an ad spot they took out.

[going to see if i still have the invoice info in our database....]

Is trafalgar anywhere near Finchley ?

I also was reading some old boards and such and it seems that one of Goldman's tricks was, when someone on one of his boards disagreed with him, he would ban the user by blocking him and then tell the folks on the board that the user wasn't banned and then badmouth the banned person to make it look like they were too chicken to come in and defend themselves.

Sound like anyone we know who currently operates a somewhat shady seeming board.

Oh yeah, seems that the current operator of said board also has his domains registered through a company in the UK but posts from an ip that comes from cable in Montreal. So, is he in the UK or is he in Canada?
