lolol...used to love the old games.....

We used to limit folks to an hour a day, unless they were a "donater" then they got 2 hours......

We had trade wars.... and the most popular game was ..err...damn..I think it was "Global Wars" or something like that... Basically it was risk..... Great game.... Lots of folks used up their entire hour just doing one turn...

Then we had several variations of poker/black jack etc...and my favoriute which was "Food Fight"

In the "Dungeon" part of the dungeon we had a pic post, got some nasty stuff posted there all the time... Compiled a library of a couple of hundred thousand pics... Many of them scans, but some of them were pretty damn good...

Remember when we first started doing email via Fidonet..... Long slow process sometimes, but it worked :)

I started a little local L.O.R.D. Net going when I came back to Philly from NYC. Primative ... one board would have the game for a day, pack it up, ship it to the next, etc. Had 12 boards in all doing it in the Metro Philly area for about four months. (Until, of course, one sysop kept it up for a week when he went on vacation and blew it all for the rest.) .... Ah, the good old days. :)

You only know the big guys from that period, I wasn't one of them :P
Though I made some decent money with Babenet, Xpics and Hpic.com.
